All orders are carefully packed with insulated liners and ice packs to help ensure your meat arrives frozen and in excellent condition.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping timelines below reflect transit time after fulfillment.

Zone Details
Zone 1 includes CT, DE, DC, IL, IN, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, SC, VT, VA, WV, and WI. These orders ship via UPS Ground and generally arrive within 1–2 business days. This allows us to serve these states efficiently while maintaining product quality throughout transit.
Zone 2 includes AL, AR, FL, GA, IA, MN, MO, OK, TN, and TX. These orders ship via UPS Air and typically arrive within 1–3 business days. Because of the longer distance, air service helps us maintain the cold chain and protect product quality from departure to delivery.
Zone 3 includes AZ, CA, CO, ID, KS, LA, MS, MT, NE, NV, NM, ND, OR, SD, UT, WA, and WY. These orders also ship via UPS Air and generally arrive within 1–3 business days. This service level is necessary to ensure products remain properly frozen during longer-distance transit.
